Cleo's Fund was developed as an outlet for honorariums (birthdays, anniversary, Christmas, etc.) and memorials (loss of love ones, both human and animal).

The fund is named after the West Highland ("Westie") terrier whose unexpected death in 1999 motivated her human, Jennifer Lee, to call an initial meeting of people in Cherokee County who would work for animal welfare. Helen Clevenger of Serena's Pet Care in Jacksonville has created a pen-and-ink sketch of Cleo that appears on the notification card, which is sent as notification that a honorary or memorial donation has been made

To make a Cleo's Fund donation, send a check or money order, the name of the person (or pet) you are honoring or memorializing, along with the address to which to send the notification card, to: Cleo's Fund, P. O. Box 294, Jacksonville, TX 75766. We thank you and the animals thank you!
